Light Writerz members have elected Brianna Cisneros as our new Management Assistant. The vote was held at today's meeting, and it was a close race.
Both candidates, Brianna Cisneros and Hadasa Sierra, showed the initiative, reliability, and care for the club that this role calls for. Thank you, Hadasa, for stepping forward and putting your name in. LWZ is stronger because members like you are ready to lead.
As Management Assistant, Brianna joins the officer team and will support every officer role, helping wherever LWZ needs it. Congratulations, Brianna!
The October 13 LWZ meeting included the vote for our new Management Assistant. The nominees were Brianna Cisneros and Hadasa Sierra.
How the vote works:
Check in first. Scan the meeting check-in QR and tap Mark as Present. Only students on today's attendance can vote.
Wait for the vote to open. Once attendance is taken, the officers open voting and show the voting QR.

The Management Assistant supports the whole officer team, helping any officer in any capacity. One week that might mean helping the President run a meeting; the next, covering for the Vice President, helping the Secretary with attendance and notes, tracking supplies with the Treasurer, gathering photos for the PR / Media Officer, or setting up a project with the Creative Director.
It is a great fit for a member who is reliable, organized, and ready to pitch in wherever LWZ needs it. It is also the best seat in the club for learning how every officer role works.
